Two sleeper SB picks AFC/NFC

I'm going Chiefs in the AFC and for real like Cards in the NFC but don't think they are a sleeper. Think they blew their load on this season and went all in and may have to blow it up in 2017... So if I can't pick them as a 'sleeper' NFC team, I'm going to go fleek and say Bucs riding that Winston party bus full uh'dem crab legs all the way to 51 in NRG.
So Chiefs and Bucs in the Supwr bowl ......
Let's go with anyone with a 25:1 or better odds as a 'sleeper'
Eta: they have the Chiefs at 20 to 1 odds so I have to change my AFC sleeper pick.... I'll rock the Colts and their $26+ per Qb (if I read that right they other day) for AFC and stick with the Bucs for the NFC sleeper.

Cincy Bengals are a good choice. They have all the pieces. Very talented.

How is a team that won 12 games last year a sleeper?

IMO a sleeper should not be in the top 1/4 of the league in Super Bowl odds.
New England Patriots +$700 (7 to 1)
Green Bay Packers +$800 (8 to 1)
Seattle Seahawks +$800 (8 to 1)
Carolina Panthers +$1,000 (10 to 1)
Pittsburgh Steelers +$1,000 (10 to 1)
Arizona Cardinals +$1,200 (12 to 1)
Denver Broncos +$1,700 (17 to 1)
tCincinnati Bengals +$2,000 (20 to 1)
tKansas City Chiefs +$2,000 (20 to 1)

That's the exact opposite of a sleeper

Saints and baltimore
I have a feeling Ravens could make a run for sure. The AFC is wide open. The NFC is top heavy.

Giants vs Browns.
RG3 wins MVP. Talk about a sleeper
