I hope so. Even as an LSU fan and alumni, it's awesome to have another Omaha potential team in state.

Pump the brakes. This is the Travis Jewett special. Start season strong. Fade down stretch.

Also just took 2/3 at La Tech. Hopefully we’re back… Tulane needs to be good at something

Adding LSUE talent always helps, Brady Hebert is a great SS!

amateur

I saw a 3-game conference college baseball series this weekend that had scores of 43-1, 18-0, & 38-0

SLU has no pitching this year. Gonna be ugly.

Yea, I’m not sold yet. The offenses have always been good but I’m not sure if the pitching is going to hold up

Jewett doesn’t have the mettle to overcome adversity.

You need a season of zero injuries for him to make a regional.

I am not sure they have the pitching. the transfer from MSU looks good, however. Best case scenario is they make they NCAAs as #2 seed. this is not an Omaha club. i'd say its 50/50 if they make the NCAAs. let's see how they do against MSU this weekend before we get crazy

MSU looks bad this year. A lot of young talent but it is not gelling early.

I disagree, I think we have a deep pitching staff but can’t hit the ball. 2 freshman starting today and yesterday are going to be very valuable and will mature soon. Our all American ace is still on IR.

Honestly think only Keller and rhosear can hit the ball right now. Hopefully both offense and pitching improves though.

We on paper have a deep staff, but when 3 of the major starters are hurt we don't. If/when this team gets healthy they have potential, until then it will be rough. Nice bounce back beating LaTech last night before we get swept in Fayetteville this weekend.

I’m keeping the faith that we can steal 2 this weekend. Hopefully they are already looking past us.

Lion, what pitchers are all hurt? I know the young ace is but I heard 2 of 3 are done for the year.

Tulane got throttled 19-2 last night. Incredible what happens when you actually play a team that is good
