He posted on twitter last night to be at the Cafeteria at 7:30 this morning. The turnout was so great that the Athletics Department matched his offer and bought the next 100 for the Students. Glad to see my alma mater back in a bowl game and having this kind of student support so the coach and admin want to give back.

We'll, it IS the Dollar General Bowl, so it should be cheap.

Ha. Dollar General, not Dollar Tree. I did check though, and student tix are $15 and other tix are $45. Not a bad deal. I'm thinking about taking my daughter down to the game. She really wanted to make one this year but the home schedule just didn't work out for us with prior commitments and weeknight games.

So the coach/AD spent $3,000 on student tickets?
