Through 3 games, Tristan Thompson has 8 points, 11 rebounds, and 5 assists, on 36% shooting from the field. This from a guy who averaged 10/10 on 64% shooting in 2016, and 10/13 in 2015.

Steph Curry had 26 points, 13 boards, and 6 assists last night.

He was big in 2015 and 2016, but this level of performance is just jaw-dropping.

I'll never understand Cleveland's strategy. They took GS to 6 games in 2015 with 90.7 possessions per game, beat them in 7 in 2016 with 92 possessions per game, but decided this year that they're going to get swept with 102 possessions per game.

That's great. I hate arrogant frickers like Thompson who simply ride their teammates' coattails.

It's a tradeoff, they are at their absolute best with LeBron running and shooters trailing. It yields the easiest shots. We saw how well they fared in isolation trying to slow it down in the last 3 minutes last night. Iso possessions and bad shots are essentially guaranteed baskets for GS on the other end. So they lived all game by running and died in isolation at the end. It was poor offense, yes, but it's really all they've had down the stretch in recent years. Cleveland continues to go iso and take low percentage 2 point shots while GS almost always dials up a play to get an open 3.

And then people want to wonder why James was tired.

So, doesn't mean that Jordan wasn't able to get the absolute most out of him.
