I read the report. It wasn't a fire-able offense for that coach. Sorry.

And it wasn't a police report. The police investigated and didn't find enough to file charges, much less prosecute. All the information on this incident is from a Title 9 investigation. Frankly, I don't believe everything in that "report". Title 9 investigations are notorious for being very one sided and slanted.
I don't know what actually happened that night, if it was all consensual or not. What I will say to any guy on a college campus is to never participate in running a train on a girl, no matter how much she says yes, how sober and coherent she is, none of that matters. All that matters is that it's considered freaky an immoral by the administration and if the girl has any remorse whatsoever you just set yourself up to be expelled.

Wrong. The coach serves at the pleasure of the President. Anything is a fireable offense.
