I think it's safe to say, to blame the perpetuation o these schools on the AA politicos is out of line, pretty obviously.
I also noted that Grambling was paying Doug Williams 240K+ plus generous incentives. That's far more than the McNeeses, SELUs etc play their coach. That's part of the problem.
