Whatever Hendo....That's like me telling Ole Miss we're more elite because we have 3 guys they've offered as well. Come on Hendo...Your better than this. Every kid has their reasons and every kid isn't going to be a fit for a certain school...

Oh man! Alonzo Harris had offers from Florida State, Kentucky, Louisville, Mississippi State, Tennessee.

Tremaine Lightfoot has offers from Louisiana Tech and Arizona State! Wowza!

Jevante Watson had Miss State, Arkansas, La Tech, and Ole Miss offers.

Tig Barksdale was a 4 star when he signed with Ole Miss out of high school.

We can both play that game.

Kids from Lafayette have plenty of reason to stay here at UL but if they get offered at LSU, they're going to LSU.. that's because LSU is superior. Louisiana Tech is not superior, if they were big brother they could come down into South La and take any kid that LSU didn't want.

Yeah, all kids dream of playing in the vaunted WAC against UTSA and Texas State.

But don't worry, ULM your lil bro

ULM put up 17 against TCU in the first quarter. That's more than you guys in 2.5 quarters. U mad? Separation in the making y'all.

La Tech ends up winning they're conference and going to the better bowl....

Better bowl? Let me go through the checklist on your logic:

1. Travel across the country
2. Lose money
3. Play in front of an inflated crowd of 24k
4. Lose
5. Play on a Wednesday night instead of Saturday

Sounds like solid logic brah.

Once you guys get all that sponsor money from those tarp companies, you'll be in prime position for a Big XII move.

I'd be willing to bet tv ratings were higher for last nights game than the New Orleans bowl. How do you know Tech lost money?

Yeah we lost, but it's a fricking bowl game, we got our name out there and gave a nationally known team a hell of a fight.

Being the only game on a Wednesday night > the third game on a Saturday night against a shitty team

100% guarantee you that Louisiana Tech lost money going to that bowl game. Especially considering y'all barely brought anyone there.

Once again Hendo it's December. No point talking about recruiting classes until end of January...We won our conference ULL didn't....I don't care what conference it is recruits want to play for Champions. Our case has certainly been made this year. Here's to 2 good recruting classes that will match up in 2014 in Laffy. We'll see who out recruited who then...Until then Merry Christmas Hendo

Yet you aren't arguing tech got their name out there in a big way

Hendo, Tech has several transfers from big time schools too. Creel came from Tennessee. Ahmad Paige came from Tennessee. There's another receiver I believe that left a big school to go there as well. All 4 stars I think.

What does that even mean?

We played a game that was widely watched in the San Diego market as well. Had the number 1 play on Sportscenter, had a last second finish that was shown on ESPN, highest attended bowl game of the season so far. We also have two players going play in the Senior Bowl. I guess we got our names out there too huh?

Sure, a big way only through association. Which is what Tech prides itself on. "Look at what teams we used to be associated with in the WAC!"

"Look at all the great teams we almost beat this year!"

Convert those L's to W's, and then you can get your name out of there.
