Alabama
Clemson
Ohio State
Michigan State
Florida State
Stanford
Oregon
TCU
Hard to say these teams aren't near locks to be in the top 10 of most
Oklahoma and LSU are borderline top 10 when factoring in rankings/records.
Baylor finished in the top 5 once, top 15 4 times
Notre Dame is about in the same category as LSU with a national title loss, but with less top 25 finishes

So LSU's NC appearance doesn't count?

Yeah I constructed that sentence terribly
I meant same category as LSU, with a national title loss but with less top 25 finishes

2011: tcu was in the mountain west and went 11-2, finishing with a final ranking of 13(coaches)/14(ap). ou went 10-3, finishing with a final ranking of 15/16.
2012: tcu moved to the big 12 and went 7-6, finishing unranked. ou went 10-3 and finished with a final ranking of 15/15.
2013: tcu went 4-8, finishing unranked. ou went 11-2, finishing at 6/6.
2014: tcu went 12-1, finishing at 3/3. ou went 8-5, finishing unranked.
2015: tcu went 11-2 (losing to OU), finishing at 7/7 (losing to OU). ou went 11-2, finishing at 5/5.
obviously some of the teams you included are locks, but i don't know if some of the others are as flawed as your inclusion of TCU over OU.

OSU last 4 years is 50-4. 7 of those total losses from that website are from the one transition year
OSU has a title so they are at worst 3

Bama, Ohio st... The rest is a crap shoot. But... LSU is s TOP TEN program. Put them in any other conference and they have a couple NC's. Stanford above LSU??????

You are wrong. Maybe the Mettenberger season...but more than one? Highly questionable.

Builshit. Put LSU in the big ten and they win it EVERY YEAR since 2011. The talent gap is huge..... LSU would wear down any team it played and then would have been fresh for the playoffs. If you can't see the difference in the talent level... I can't help you. Same with the pac 12.

LSU has struggled against physical teams like Arkansas since 2011. You think Michigan State, Wisconsin (barely beat them in 2014) and Michigan would be for sure wins?
That's excluding a far more talented team like Ohio State.
Look, the top of the BIG10 is elite, and I'll give you that the below average teams in the SEC Are better than other below average teams in other conferences. But the elites of the BIG 10 are right up there with the SEC

Yup.... The talent level and team speed are way different. Look at what happened to MSU last year against Bama. LSU would have done the same thing.....

LSU at best is the 3rd best team in the Big10 last year
The year before? If they don't beat Florida, they might not even win a conference game. The downward spiral would have been in effect big time
