You should add at least a 50 game qualifier.

I didn't think Hugh Freeze had been a head coach for 73 games. But OP is including his 2 year stint at NAIA Lambuth University where he went 20-5... so it appears it is not just division 1.

Not for the records. I went by career records for the top 25 FBS coaches.

Then your title is wrong. You do know that there are more teams and players in Division 2 and 3 than in FBS and FCS combined?
Soapbox can be dismantled now.

I don't think that is correct.

If you add his time at the D2 school and Central I bet it is. If you just add his time at Central, Cincy, and Notre Dame he still has a great win %.

Pretty sure you are missing Willie Fritz but idk if you are including FCS

those two schools dominance in DIII is just crazy stupid.
I think if you add Pete Fredenburg from Mary Hardin Baylor in there as well, the 3 collectively have an average of 2 losses a year, 1 of them losing in the semifinal and one in the final. So on a given year they go 37-2.

What do you mean?
You've got guys who have coached less than 30 games against coaches who have coached 200+. It means that your list is utterly useless.
