Thank you for your opinion, counselor. It has been noted in the record.

I wouldn't think that Utah State at Tennessee or SMU at Baylor would draw big TV ratings.

Good deal. I'm sure he and the team are ready to put all of this behind them. Get the story lines out of the way now and finish out the year.

You got me on that one, for some reason I thought Atlanta would be a saturday night race.

Good luck to him putting someone's death "behind him".

You can believe what you want with Stewart
Bottom line he is a bully/punk on the track and he's never at fault in a wreck but loves to intimidate and there's no doubt he buzzed him on that track that night which is unfortunate.

The victim should have known better than to wander on the track though knowing how Stewart is and unfortunately should have taken better precaution himself.

Stewart shows his true character doing something like that against racers that are not on his level. Stick to NASCAR! It's the equivalent of Drew Brees in his prime showing back up at a college game to flaunt his stuff.

Then you ramble about what you believe to be true.

Bottom line is you could write a chapter in every racers book that would look like Stewart's.

He should take the rest of this season off.

I was wondering if that was going to happen. He could be facing sponsor pressure.

Skipping the rest of this season would make two seasons in a row where he missed the last third of the season.
