Yep, has flashes of being a super star, but then has several average to below average outings.

Romo is always been really good. He just always finds away to choke away a game and do something stupid.

If he throws a pick after having this magnificent game and then Denver goes and scores and wins the game. That will be classic Romo.

There are only four QB's definitely better than Romo. I think him and Ryan are the fifth and sixth best QB's, but I would probably give the edge to Ryan because of 2012. It is a fluid list though.
