Not sure why you think that is a problem. And it is not universally accepted among Christians.
The problem here, is that Tebow is being unfairly criticized for associating with someone that is not at all hateful.

I don"t know why you say that is not true.
The Apostle Paul said that if there was any
other way to be saved then Jesus died in vain.
I don't think any true Christian believes that
there is ANY way to get to Heaven except through
Jesus. Why would God allow His Son to die such
a horrendous death on a cross if there was
another way? His sacrificial death on the cross
is what absolves those who accept His sacrifice
from their sins.
Those who reject Him condemn themselves because
they rejected GOD's way to be saved - and there
is no other way.
Heaven or Hell - you choose. God gives you the
right to choose because He wants followers who
make that choice. He could have created humans
to be like robots with no choice but He gave you
a choice.
CHOOSE WISELY BECAUSE THERE IS NO SECOND CHANCE
AFTER YOU DIE.
The Apostle Paul said that if there was any
other way to be saved then Jesus died in vain.

Paul was a Christian. Messianic Jews are Christians. Believing Jesus was the son of G-d makes you a Christian. I'm not saying the problem is thinking Jesus is the only was to heaven, the probl comes when you wand to act like you are essentially condemning everyone else.

God is the One who condemns and He condemns
only those who reject His plan of salvation.
Why does anyone think God has multiple ways
to be saved when the bible makes it clear that
there is only one way and that is through Jesus?
The bible says to seek the truth and the truth
will set you free. Many people don't want to
seek the truth because they think they can devise their own plan, in their mind, and God will
accept it, i.e. live a good life, be good to
other people, be moral, donate money to a good
cause, etc.
Anybody that thinks they can live their lives
in such a way that they can stand before a
righteous and just God and be accepted because
of what they have done for themselves is
engaged in wishful thinking. You can never be
good enough to earn salvation; salvation is a
gift from God to be received by accepting the
sacrificial death of Jesus as the atonement
for their sins.
Of course this will sound like foolishness to
those who do not believe, as the Apostle Paul
said. As I said previously, If you choose not
to believe and you are wrong and those who
choose to believe are right, you have made a
terrible choice and will suffer horrible
eternal consequences.
Why take a chance with so much at stake
concerning the destiny of your soul? At
least make an attempt to find the truth.
Start by reading the bible beginning with
the new testament and simply ask God to reveal
the truth to you. If God is not real and Jesus is a myth then nothing will happen.
But if God is real and Jesus is the Messiah
it will be revealed to you and you will know
what you need to do to have eternal life in
Heaven.
I sincerely urge all who read this message who
are not believers to do this as soon as possible.
You don't know how much time you have left in
this life - the minute you take your last breath
your eternal fate and destiny is sealed.
Make the right choice. Pray this prayer:
"Almighty God, I admit to you that I am a
guilty sinner. I am sorry for my sins and ask
You to forgive me. I accept the sacrifice that
Jesus made on the cross to atone for my sins.
I will turn away from my sinful ways and follow
Jesus from this day forward. Teach me Your
ways and guide me by Your spirit. I ask this
in the name of Jesus. Amen."
This is called the sinner's prayer. When you
sincerely pray this prayer God will accept you
into His family and your name will be written
into the Lamb's (Jesus) Book Of Life. Your
eternal destination is sealed forever - Heaven.
This is just the beginning of your new life.
You are a babe in Christ so you have to grow.
You grow by reading God's word, the bible, and
by praying. Find a Christian denomination that
you are comfortable with and join that
fellowship by making public your commitment
to Jesus.
I'll see you in Heaven!
