If you're able to disassociate him from his "personal life", i.e. cheating on his wife & kids to the extent we lost track of just how many females he did cheat with, then that is one thing.Everyone does it goes that excuse. But, for me, the fact that he's always been an arrogant prick around the tour, hated by marshalls at practically ever non major tour event, mocking & verbally abusing fans for decades..or at least prior to his fall... I cann't separate the man from the game. It's called KARMA and no one deserves it more in my opinion.

Serious question:

Why do some of you people hate Tiger? Is it because he was so dominant? You'd rather see more people successful? No reason, he's just one of those athletes you love to hate?

What's the deal?

I see no one has cared to answer the question...

I guess. I mean I don't doubt he's had his regrettable moments on the tour throughout the years but I don't see where it's been any more often than anyone else. He doesn't have a reputation for being persistently unprofessional.

A back injury to a 38-year old (coming off back surgery) will have the same affect as a leg injury on a 32-year old?

Answer this though. IF he was within 4 shots of the lead, does he quit?

Prolly. If he is within 2 prolly not. But any moron can see this difference. If you are injured but still may win, it makes sense to tough it out and go for it risking potential injury. But if you have no chance only a dumbass risks keeping playing

I don't think it's a huge shock that a person would be more likely to endure pain if they are playing well. I don't think that's a Tiger thing.

If a QB injures his shoulder and causes some serious pain when he throws, he will still play as long as he can toss the pigskin. The minute the pain causes a bad throw or interception, they are gonna sit a few plays out, if not head to the lockerroom.

Or if the team is down 30, the coach will pull him out immediately if he is slightly injured. However if they are down 6, the coach will slap him on the arse and tell him to win one for the gipper. It isnt rocket science PEEEEEEEJJJ

Golf is an individual sport. So since him withdrawing only really affects him, then it's absolutely what's in his mind. He's a grown man and one of the greatest golfers of all time. I think it's okay to let him decide things for himself.
