This thread has felt like so many NBA threads that are like rabble rabble the league sucks now, back in my day it was so much better. It is people talking about something they don't ever watch.
I've always loved watching big international tournaments and just whenever the US is playing, so I decided to start watching the premier league. It is great. It comes on at time that is convenient to be able to watch my other teams. It last basically year round. It has multiple competitions going on at once.

Don't think soccer is big in the US? NFL thread, on a LSU forum, is 6 pages long arguing about soccer. I don't see any Pucknuts or Boys of Summer stepping up to the plate here like my soccer brethren. Yeah, I'd say it's here to stay.

I honestly don't know what happened in the NFL games yesterday because I only watch the Super Bowl, but it sounds like there was a crazy finish.
I doubt it was more exciting than a double save off a penalty to preserve a draw, only to spring a counter attack that wins the game in the 97th minute to keep your promotion hopes alive.
