Evidently it isn't legal in Missouri. Nor can an NFL player use it and be in compliance anywhere.

I'm not against someone taking the edge off with a little smoke.
However, if you KNOW cops will arrest you if you're caught with it, you DON'T get out and ride dirty. You're just being stupid and axing for it.

Steroids, when used by professional athletes, only serve to enhance their ability. It gives them an unfair advantage
