But then Djoker raised the roof to the USO crowd with Federer serving for the match, and won the point and the match.

Literally the most clutch thing I've ever witnessed in my life. Down 2 match points, Djoker rips the nastiest cross court return of serve I've ever seen. And then does the gladiator "are you not entertained" AND then won the next point.

Dude gave no fricks

It was double match point too I think.

It was.

It went double match point. Disgusting clean winner return. Now single match point. Raise roof. Casually win point. Proceed to win match.

Dude was just oozing confidence.

First-prime Rafa Nadal was just ungodly fast and athletic. Wow. It wasn't just that you couldn't hit a clean winner on him; it was that he would get to it, hit it perfectly on balance, and never be out of position for the next shot. His starts and stops are just so violent. Dead sprint to dead sprint. I don't know how you beat that guy.

It's just as impressive watching it now. Look at Djokovic's facial expression at double match point. Awesome.

Let's just pretend he's not bobbyray for a second. It's a hell of a coincidence "this guy" posts in gambling threads, loves Nadal, and starts the tennis threads.

Alters are clearly prohibited, so obviously I'm not an alter. And thank heavens, because I've heard they even ban alters merely for being alters. I'd hate to be unable to discuss tennis.

Moving right along, did y'all see that Djokovic is now 4-7 to win the French? For those non-degenerates, those odds are RIDICULOUS. Vegas doesn't think anybody else has a chance, and I tend to agree.

I am pleased that I put in some money on Djoke back when the line was even money.

Why thank you for the kind words, good sir.

Kind words are something that smelly frenchmen do not use when speaking of one Rafael Nadal.

66-1 is just an absurd record. And it should be even greater. He would have certainly won 2004 had he not had to pull out because of a foot injury. And that isn't hyperbole. He would have definitely won it in 2004.

I suppose 73-1 is only mildly more impressive looking than 66-1.

72-2 doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

I was pumped to throw down on Jared donaldson but the flipping line is -650. methinks a bit pricey for a qualie match involving a teenager.

On that note, though, Bjorn Fratengelo is -195.

How does one go from Wimbledon finalist one year to a six match losing streak the next year with Fed Cup losses against scrub journeywomen in your home city?

I hope they put Rafa and Djokovic on the same side, because I doubt Rafa makes the final either way.

Yeah, based on his performance on clay this season, I just don't see it. Djoker, on the other hand, I don't think anyone has enough to beat him 3 of out of 5 the way he's been playing.
