I just started watching the Starcraft tourney after you made this thread. Asians straight dominating that game.

Also lol at the commentators. They had acne.

The Great Outdoor Games was absolutely the GOAT. I used to love watching those dudes run up the polls like squirrels. The log spinning balance battle was also pretty awesome.

I really think an ESPN8 the Ocho channel would work. Have all these random sporting events on. I never know wtf to watch at random hours of the day when I'm done with the SC/PTI bullshite.

My favorite part was the log climb and when they would cut those little cookies off of a telephone pole with a chainsaw.

As a fellow nerd and SCII player, those pro events are nasty. There is a precise strategy to these guys builds and games. It's crazy.

I ran into espn showing a dominoes match during the day maybe 6 years ago or something.

Of course, it was two Jamaicans going at it

Magic the Gathering? I play that now, it's about ten times as big of a competitive game, but its not near as deserving of a late night spot on ESPN2.

As for Jamaicans being great at dominoes, that's a first.

The Duece used to have none of its commentators wear ties or coats and spelling was all lower case.

But the best was when they showed Extreme Games and it was rock climbing, skydiving, the Eco Challenge, Inline skating races, and other fun stuff.

More people watch that than some NFL games.

Makes sense for them to air it.

I cant wait for them to start airing Disc Golf tournaments.
