The Jabrill Peppers Heisman hype is a joke

And the media is 100% to blame. Sure, he's an athletic freak, but he belongs nowhere near NYC for the Heisman ceremony. Here are his 2016 statistics:

He's poor in coverage, and I believe he was misused this year on offense.

In a normal year he isn't in the conversation but this is one of the weakest years I can remember. Jackson is prob going to win despite his team losing their last two games in pretty bad fashion

I replied to someone in a Heisman thread a few weeks ago that the Peppers Hesiman campaign was a joke (I believe it was during the Louisville/Houston game). Mentioned that I've been meaning to start a thread on it. Held off because I didn't want to jinx myself with a few more weeks of games left.

I honestly don't understand why Michigan has become a bogeyman on this board?. What have they done to piss off so many random fans? They haven't won a conference title in 12 years, they aren't known to be thugs, they aren't dirty on the recruiting trail, and the 2 of us UM fans on this board are absolute angels to everyone, very polite. Michigan's been a non factor for years.
Why does Michigan deserve so much random hate than, say, FSU or Clemson? I never see ANYONE attack either of those programs on this board.
