I also think the HUD cheapens the hell out of the game itself. Get the play, run your route. That's your job. Having a helmet diagram your route for you is lazy and an insult to the players who work hard as hell to improve their game.

um, no we don't. we do have those field cams that are above the players head suspended on a wire, though
