There are no other Super Bowls that were good. Though I refuse to watch any football games (or any sports games) unless my team in that sport is playing in it. For the NFL I am a Green Bay fan. So my above picks and statement may in fact be biased. But I do not think it is.
Wow, you sound miserable.

XLIII: Steelers-Cardinals
Great game. For some reason I think this game just looked outstanding on TV as well with the cardinals red, steelers gold.
And the Springsteen nut slide into the camera at halftime puts this one over the top

no order.
patriots panthers
Second Cowboys Steelers
Titans Rams
Patriots Rams
Jets Colts. Can't be overstated. Colts kept making plays, then turning the ball over near the goal line. Suspense the whole game.
Hard to say any of the 80's or early 90s as there were so many damn blowouts.

The first Super Bowl I watched was XXII, Washington beat Denver 42-10, my favorite was Saints-Colts (homer pick), but Bills-Giants was probably the most exciting finish

Giants-bills, thank you scott norwood/Roger Craig.
Niners - Bills would have been fantastic.

Excluding Broncos Super Bowl, (XXXII especially because I'm biased), and anything before SB XX, I would say:
XXV Giants/Bills.
Titans/Rams
XXIII 49ers/Bengals
Saints/Colts
Pats/Giants I
XXV Giants/Bills.
Titans/Rams
XXIII 49ers/Bengals
Saints/Colts
Pats/Giants I

Giants/Bills was a great game from start to finish, and the contrast between the two offensive styles was fascinating. The Giants would take 11 minutes to score, and then the Bills would answer in 4 plays (slight exaggeration).
Packers/Broncos was fascinating too because everybody just assumed it was a Brett Favre coronation and John Elway would choke again.
Rams/Titans was a lousy game until the 4th quarter
49ers/Bengals II had a great final drive, but the rest of the game wasn't that memorable.
Giants/Pats I wasn't that great until the 4th either
The first 2 Steelers/Cowboys games were pretty good, but I wouldn't put them in the top 3.
Saints/Colts was okay, but again the first half was just meh.
