Target Field put a gap in right field so that you can see the skyline. It’s actually pretty cool.
Can’t find a pic that does it justice though.

Pepperdine and it isn't even close. Breeze coming in off the Ocean and beautiful sunsets. On one trip there the wind was blowing in so strong our beers had whitecaps.

There really isn’t that much of a view of the Pacific at all at Pepperdine’s stadium.

What’s so special about that backdrop? Building and trees?
There have been dozens in this thread way better.

... No, the best of ALL views from a college stadium is;
The view of Claiborne Avenue from Tulane Stadium

Too hard to see the ball for the batter due to the natural colors behind the field. Without it it would be hard as hell to pick it up out of the pitchers hand.

I see a lot of mountains in this thread.
Rutgers pic blows my mind...I don't how you could concentrate as a batter...but Rutgers doesn't play there and wasn't that field torn down?

Just not the same since Rosen House was torn down.

Ok, thanks, it was confusing... Post just said Rutgers...and I assumed THE Rutgers.

I'm personally a fan of UIC's stadium if we can't use mountains.
