ACL is 6 months. He did a lot more than tear his ACL.

His knee injury was awful according to reports Ive seen. He was in risk of losing it.

I read that some Viking players were puking on the practice field after it happened. So certainly not just an ACL.

I know this is morbid, and I feel bad for Bridgewater, but every time I try to imagine what his injury looked like, I think of this:

Not surprised. Once I knew exactly what the injury was, when it happened, I told everyone he would be lucky to play football again. This was a non-conctact injury that happened when he dropped back in the pocket during practice.

Its a crying out shame. He showed some real glimpses.

Sadly, Robert Edwards of the the Patriots is probably the most similar injury. He never was the same, but he did play again- not effectively though

If they want to make the playoffs they better get someone better than Sam Bradford.

Really? Bradford has a pretty good year especially since the running game was putrid and the o-line play was worse. He was getting destroyed back there.

He's above average but not a championship QB IMO. If Romo could stay healthy, which he can't, he'd be a great QB for the Vikings and Bradford could back him up.

Is romo a free agent? I don't think the Vikings can afford to trade for him, giving up what they did for Bradford.
