What makes this especially interesting to me is that 2-6 in the west all were within a game and the Mavs weren't too far behind. The team with homecourt advantage was 4-0 in those series. Now of course the Clippers choked like dogs, but I find this interesting. I mean teams have won plenty of road games and three of four second round series were closed out on the road, but stealing multiple road games is tough. Stealing more than two is nearly impossible. Wizards over Raptors was the exception.

O/U 40 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists for LeBron in Game 1 in Atlanta? I'm going O/O/O (no homer).

I think Atlanta wins this series. They just seem like a team that will frustrate the Cavs.

I have no idea what to make of that series.

But I know if Irving is hobbled like he was for most of the CHI series, ATL should be a considerable favorite.

Korver is going to have to be better than he has been in the playoffs so far.

I don't disagree.

But this isn't Chicago, if Lebron continues to be inconsistent AND Irving puts up a couple of terrible games(due to injury), CLE is in serious trouble.

If there is one thing you can count on besides tax season, is that Lebron is good for single-handedly winning 2 maybe 3 games all by himself. As much as it pains me to admit that, it can and likely will happen. These ain't the Wizards. That was a tough series for ATL to get passed.

And you know that happens to them every damn year. They go 7 games with someone in the first or second round and get beat.

Lebron's gonna be better just because he won't have Jimmy Butler guarding him

Yeah, I was going to ask since I have not watched much of the Hawks...do they D up like Chicago? If not, I think running offense will seem like a walk in the park after playing Chicago. That said, Atl seems more competent on the offensive end than Chi.

Their ball movement (when they actually do it) will easily give Cleveland problems.

Carroll is arguably a better defender than Butler, fwiw.

Their D was better than Chicago's this season, but they were pretty similar efficiency wise, for the most part.
