It's lightning and once you take a delay, it's a mandatory 30 minute delay. And they just got more lightning so add another 30 minutes. The earliest they can get going is 1:35 CST.

Second time they should have been out of the inning but they can't throw the ball to second.
Last time it cost them all 3 Miami runs.

Bad acting job by the 2nd baseman. The runner was already past him before the ball got there.
And WTF was the shortstop doing just sitting there and not getting the ball?
And after a 3 minute discussion after everyone is called safe, they called the baserunner out. Horrible decision. I can't believe how horrible that was.
