How has nobody commented on this idiocy?

Because I'm the only life long Packer fan on TD from Wisconsin and know what I'm talking about.

I can understand not wanting to grab that contract. I like Steven Jackson, but does he even remotely fit their system?

Also, I think this solidifies Ted Thompson's spot as worst GM in the league and maybe in the history of the NFL.
This is just horrible. I don't care where your from, you obviously have no clue what your talking about on this one bud.

Or you could give a non-racist analogy.
Seriously though.

They refer to them as hyperboles
But I still don't think he's a good GM

but even if they really didnt want the contract, couldnt they have taken the deal and dealt him to someone who could take the contract for better shite than a 7th rounder?

Madden syndrome
But guys, a back who's used to getting 300+ touches a year wouldn't be a problem in the locker room getting less than half those touches in an offense purely focused on throwing the ball because we have the best player in the NFL at QB.
Seriously though, I'm playing Madden 2011. I traded Randy Moss and a second round pick to the Cowboys for DeMarcus Ware, traded Wes Welker to the Bengals for Andrew Whitworth, and signed TO for 2 years.
I love Madden trades, those stupid teams always focus on the "now" and not 3 years from now.

Not a big deal, they picked up two younger cheaper backs to provide some explosiveness out of the backfield position. Jackson would have been tremendous catching the ball out of the backfield but is their offensive line even built for run blocking? Jackson is a solid back and would have had a 1k season but I doubt he would have put up numbers that much better than what they will get from Lacy, Franklin, and Harris
