I generally like cowherd, but he cares way too much about big markets and tv ratings. He mentions tv ratings atleast 3 times a week and the other poster already mentioned his retard statement about New Orleans

I see Cowherd as a smart business guy who is paid to talk about sports, but that's just my opinion. He basically admitted it last week when talking about Michael Sam, said he would talk about society or the economy any day of the week over sports because it fascinates him. It is nice to have a different perspective on things

I agree here... I don't mind Cowherd at all... YES some things he says are outrageous but overall I put him second behind SVP as far as ESPN people go.....

I find it wrong that you white guys use the thug word as a replacement for n-word. Hell just call me a ni$$er I'd respect that more. Not every black male is a thug. Some of us actually work and raise familes just like you do. It's ok to say the guy sucks at his job but the racist shite is a joke guys... There are white guys that suck at espn also... What word would you use to describe them? Can't we all just get along!!! I bet Lsu coaches tell recruits to stay away from this board at all cost. How good would the football team be without us thugs on the team!!!!
