Anyone heading up to Bossier for the tournament this weekend? There's a few big time wrestling schools that are a little young this year which should make for a fun weekend.

Does anyone besides brother Martin have a shot at winning ? I know it's a little different than early 00s but seems like Robbie has them as a machine again.

Having known Robbie for 30 plus years I wouldn't put it past him

Watched a few hours of the tourney today. Anyone else see the 195 lb kid from airline? Damn kid looks like the boz, mullet with lightning bolts and big as hell.

Seemed like TC will make a good showing. Probably watched them win 10+ matches.

DLS, with 10 wrestlers in the semis for tomorrow, is set up to win their second in a row, leading perennial power Brusly 120-104.

Super tight race for Division I between three teams, the most important round of the year is about to start and the arena is empty. Thanks LHSAA.

Current D1 standings
HC 293.5
Jesuit 286.5
Bro Martin 259.0

HC and BM both have five wrestlers in finals matches tonight, three of those matches they will face off head to head

BM lost to Jesuit in a meet in January, when BM wrestled Holy Cross in a meet the coach sat most if not all of his A team and wrestled backups to "save them for state"...HC beat them that night. I guess he was scared to lose straight up and ruin his boys' psyche leading into the state tournament? So when HC beat Jesuit a week later they won the Catholic League title...hence he blew off winning district to win state
