Two years ago Lillard would've been the pick. Things done changed.

I never would have considered taking Lillard over AD.

The fact that AD is better right now and this thread was made two years ago is proof positive of that.

And the fact that Lillard is nearly 3 years older than AD

Lillard was a 22 y/o rookie

AD was 22 y/o in year 4 NBA

I’ll still go w Damian for leadership reasons. Four game don’t change that.

There’s no wrong answer I wouldn’t disagree with others who took AD. Me personally I would favor wins and intangibles like ball iq and leadership.

Davis is sub .500 for his career and will be the foreseeable future. Has dame ever had a sub 500 season?

How about we talk playoff win %, bubba? Harden in HOU is a sub .500 career kind of guy. Davis is sitting at 50%.

Davis sample size is so small that you can’t compare him to guys who have been there year in year out.

If that's the case, then why does Dame only have one playoff series win as the leader of the team?

Damian’s team is in a rebuild since Aldridge left.. And they still make the playoffs every season. They haven’t even been in win now mode but they weren’t able to be bad bc of Damian.
