3 games left, and he's been on a pretty good tear lately.

How many has he hit off the Braves this year? 2 tonight, I think he's hit about 5 others off them this year.

If he hits a HR every AB the rest of the season he'll break Bonds' record

If he hasn't been juicing and he somehow gets to 62, he is the true home run king.

Weird thing is he went ice cold for the series in Coors. Then leaves Coors and hits two homers. Baseball is a funny game.

Go play in Colorado and aim for 71.

Holy shite! He is 19 away from 80! That would be the most ever.

Fantastic math

Crazy how little publicity this has gotten from the media. Absolutely incredible season

The media doesn't care about actual sports anymore. They found something that will get people in a frizzy, so they are all in on that.

ETA: Until they no longer get a response. Then they will move on to something else.

Three more and he'll hold the real record.

Including tonight he has 8 HR vs the Braves. As for the rest of the division...
Mets: 8
Phillies: 8
Nats: 6

False. I don't count records aided by PEDs. That's why Bonds, McGwire, and Sosa never hit over 60 in the book of RollTide1987. It's still Roger Maris's record.

Yeah but the only problem is that MLB doesn't consult dumbass Bama fans when deciding the validity of record holders.
