I will agree here. Crosby does avoid contact but has no problem giving it when nobody is looking. Bottom line tonight us that the Pens are out skating the Caps. But a Gooooooal.

I feel like the Penguins are going to really regret not burying some of these chances. Outshooting the Capitals by a lot, but only up 1.

Great analysis, guy

Wayne wasn't that tough either but look at what he did.

Yeah, scored a shitload of goals. And not just in the regular season. Crosby is the type of guy I loved to line up against when I was a kid playing hockey.

As a casual NHL viewer, I have to say this Penguins-Caps game is great.

I don't have a very high hockey IQ, but don't teams usually go empty net with about a minute to go, and not 90 seconds? Seems kinda dangerous, even though most of the time it's just the opposing team hitting it across the ice and getting called for icing.

Isles pulled the goalie with around 4 minutes left earlier today, though that's very extreme.

Caps brought the heat in that last minute or so, but Pens survive.

So hard not to be upset this series isn't 2-0, Pens have outplayed the Caps so damn much in both games.

But I'll take the 1-1 road split.

Malkin pick pocketing Ovechkin for the game winner setup to ex Cap Fehr.

I don't think I've ever seen that happen before. Most of the time, I've always seen it happen under a minute.
