Was the shot totals in that game a million to five or something? Jesus. And the game winner was a terrible, boneheaded misplay by the goalie, who is hard to blame given the fact he made about a million saves.

I am fairly confident Toronto media may burn to the ground if Kessel whens the Cup and/or Conn Smythe, they still have to mouth him. Hilariously sad.

Every international selection up here is studied closely...leaving Phil off the roster seems like a snub to a lot of people...Steve Simmons no doubt really disliked Phil but there are plenty of people including media types that view Phil as uncoachable...Steve also has minor tantrums on why PK Subban would be left off team Canada...

It's definitely a snub, he always does well (leading scorer in Sochi). But like Phil said, he's in the Cup finals, he can't be disappointed.
