Sports fans who refer to Tom Brady & the Patriots as "Cheaters"..Are they right?

I kinda tuned out deflategate, and would love some cliff notes. Is there any objective evidence Tom Brady was responsible for deflating the footballs? Also, by what margin were the footballs below the legal limit? I'd love all the cliff notes I can get..

They are cheats alright. For years going back to their first SB win. The rest of the owners are finally getting pissed with their tactics.
