I'm a big JJ fan, but I can admit the whole Mettenberger thing was very douchey. It takes all of 10 seconds to take a selfie, or what have you, and post it on social media. Meanwhile this is the same guy who has been in MULTIPLE Ford and HEB commercials in the Houston area, which unlike posting pictures to SM, is at the very least an all-day event.

JJ Watt is the best DE in football. There are NO sane Saints fans that wouldn't absolutely die to have him on the team....

I actually forgot about this. Probably not, most LSU fans aren't that tied to Mett's trials and tribulations. The Auburn-Cam thing is truly pretty unique.

It would have been funny if he just did the mocking thing in the game and left it at that. The uppity response to the reporter question after the game game is what rubbed me the wrong way. I don't really hate the guy, though.

Considering the Saints hardly ever play the Texans and LSU never played Wisconsin when Watt was in college, that reason doesn't really fly.

Haha no. Probably a function of the Saints being in-state, but no LSU fans all of a sudden became Giants fans.
