Bonds? doubtful. he started in 86 and it did not become wide spread until the late 90's. Nothing he did prior to 2001-2002 was out of whack anyway. his power numbers jumped when he moved to SF, but that was the same year as they expanded and thruout the 90's they were building new stadiums and moving in fences in existing ones.
