First time doing this for a big game. Looks amazing on the big screen, with no talking heads. Totally immersive.

Good job ESPN. Recommended.

Yep. It's the only watch a game. I've been watching games this way since last year. All you hear are the hits, the crowd and the bands. As good as you can get to being there. I hate listening to announcers blab over the sounds of the game.

I don't know how anyone listens to announcers. Do you learn anything from these clowns? They are annoying as hell.

Serious question - do the announcers make the game more exciting?

The playoff games have the best two crews in the game. Why wouldn't you listen to them?

I really don't like any crews to be honest. Too much talking in my opinion. I'd rather hear the roar of the crowd and see the view from the QB's vantage point. Just my preference.

I love me some spidercam. However, ESPN has it's #1 & #1a teams calling the semifinals, I have enjoyed listening.

Watched the FSU game today on spidercam and loved it. Only two real drawbacks are no replays and you cant hear the penalty calls.

Gus Johnson does. He's about the only one.

Depends on who's calling

And they inform you on injuries, penalties, and other shite that happens throughout the game

Or, its a completely different, more immersive camera angle that you don't get on the normal broadcast.

Watching it on the big screen with surround sound is pretty cool because it sounds like you would hear the game in the stadium.

Plus the camera angles are pretty cool.

It's a nice switch-up from the regular broadcast.

The game feels much more intense when you just hear the sounds of the game without the announcer's commentary. I don't know why. It just does.
