I'd rather have Black myself, particularly with all the young pitching we will be calling up over the next couple years. The crap Snitker did with our bullpen won't fly given the course of a full season either, he'll blow out our arms and/or exhaust them so they are worthless for the postseason.

Black would have been better long term but Snitker isn't a bad choice. The right pitching coach will help I think.
