Someday, NFL coaches are going to learn to run the ball to close out a win

But it is not this day. Two times in three years a team has lost the SB because they refused to do the most simple thing on the game, turn and hand it off.

Devonta Freeman was fricking killing it. Mind blowing

Both running backs with the number 24 too
Interesting

The Falcons are sneakily a very bad power run team actually and adjustments were made to their zone running offense at the half. Exactly what I said was correct, stopping the running backs as both pass catchers and runners was more necessary than stopping Julio Jones.
It's why they give up a lot of garbage time points but I'm sorry, all you need to do is take knees after that catch by Julio! Bryant is a good enough kicker and he would have likely made the kick.

Yeah. That is as bad a decision as you will ever see on a football field. Makes absolutely no sense.
Hell the pats almost did the same thing in OT on the 2yd line. Beasley could have easily picked that pass off. Just so dumb

I'm still shocked at that play calling. Man...in fg range..clock on your side.

Absolutely, the third and one where Ryan was sacked and fumbled and with the ball on the 23 absolute lunacy to pass in either situation.

Ryan will get the choke meme after the game but it was the coaching and play calling that lost this game.
Also don't discount how bad those challenge calls were by the falcons.. and you better be damn sure you win the one for your last time out.

Hell take a knee and kick the FG. Any points there wins it. Unreal.

You mean like how the Pats threw on the 1 in just like Seattle?

Did you notice that Tom Brady did it twice tonight?
