Neither.

Bradshaw (4/4), Montana (3 SB MVPs), Brady (4/6, plus a shite ton of playoff records) are all looming over Peyton Manning.

He was a great passer. At times a decent leader, but he did not have that intangible heart of a champion that the GOATs did. It was obvious when he was young and it's obvious now.

This notion that the defense won those games by themselves is just stupid.

I never said that the defense alone won the games. But when the discussion is just about rings the implication is that the QB alone is responsible for the wins. If you put 03-04 Tom Brady on the Colts those years, they still don't win. That's why it's a silly idea

The broncos would have won with Brock or jay cutler today

Manning fumbled away their cushion score. Manning did nothing with the punt return. Manning only led 2 3-point scoring drives and completed a pass for a 2-point conversion.

2 turnovers, 0 TDs and only 2 points, directly - all he really contributed to the victory were a few first down throws. He led a record number of 3-and-outs for a Superbowl.

The Broncos defense gets about 90 percent share for the victory - the offense and special teams share the other 10 percent.

Disagree. But whatever floats your boat.

Lol Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback of all time

I believe Peyton's the GOAT and both Manning and Brady were better than Montana. People are especially lazy when they compare skill position players. They never look at context. They just look at rings and other factors that have little to do with the overall ability of the QB.

Who gives a shite about passing yards considering Brees, Brady and Manning played basketball on grass.

We are talking about football son.

Nope, this generation is lazy, they don't look at the 180 degrees the game changed and from the 70's-80's to late 90's-2000's and made the NFL a dribble up the field game with wide open receivers and can't touch you defensive backs and can't hit you over the middle linebackers and can't touch the quarterback defensive ends.

Do some research and learn the history of the evolution of the game. Brees wouldn't last two seconds in the 70's.

Favre would, Elway would...Manning might - Brady would be broken in half.
