Duncan must have been so awesome to make Popovich such a great coach.

Duncan = Brady

Carried by greatness.

Just proves that they are both great. Same as Brady and Belichick.

ETA: Great teams almost always consist of great player(s) and a great coach. There is no shortage of good to very good teams throughout history that were missing one or the other.

Are you trying to say Duncan was not great? I just want to make sure I understand your post.

His schtick is he loves Kobe over everyone and hates Brady.

If I remember correctly, his argument is Drew Brees is also a better QB.

Brees is better than Brady. Imagine if Popovich was his coach.
