So is Jayson Tatum already close to being better than Hayward?

Sure, Tatum is gonna be good but you're asking if he's close to being better than a guy who's averaged 20 ppg three years in a row

depends

Tatum is a more athletic Carmelo Anthony that tried to play defense. C's got the best player in the draft and a Lotto Pick

Hayward is a top 20-25 player. But, damn Tatum is extremely polished for a rookie. He’s gonna be good.

High school recruiting rankings had this pegged all along. He and Giles were considered to be the best in class until everyone started to question Tatum's athletic ability compared to Josh Jackson

He's got a lot of Larry bird to his game. That's really his best comparison...a black Larry bird

I know they play different positions but I watched dozens of brad Beals and Tatum's high school games and Tatum was light years ahead.

Well he will certainly have every opportunity. We need to badly. I liked what I saw tonight

I mean this was a terrible day for Boston but the last 42 minutes went much better than anyone could have expected.

Kyrie passed a lot and the young wings looked great. If Tatum and Brown do close to this well throughout the year, the Celtics will be in great shape to challenge the Warriors in 2019.

When will the Warriors get hit with salary cap problems? Surely they can't pay all four guys.
