This game has done a great job reminding me how much I hate Rick Sutcliffe. He acts like he's the smartest guy in the room and he's usually wrong.
*Gardner comes up to bat*
Sutcliffe - "This will be the last batter Archer faces. No doubt about it"
*Gardner gets on, Archer stay in the game*
Sutcliffe - "I wouldn't leave him out there"
*Archer gets Sanchez out*
Obvious every announcer will have situations like this, but his shite is all game long. And he goes out of his way to try to show you how smart he is. 9 straight innings of hearing his bullshite is insufferable.
