After reading through the list, I wondered why Warren Morris' walk off HR to win the CWS in 1996 wasn't on the list.
Ali carrying the Olympic torch at #68? Seriously?

Most people don't care about college baseball

College baseball is nowhere near popular enough

Did not carry it probably should not have lit the flame either. Lot of older people still pissed he dodged the draft. I think NBC picked who lit the flame as the USOC and AOC wanted Holyfield or one of the women to do it.

I know it wasn't for a championship and I'm biased, but I can't believe the Gleason block isn't on there.

He was the last guy he was not part of the relay he just lit it.
Because of his Parkinson's disease he wasn't allowed to carry the torch. As I stated, some believe he should not have been involved at all.

#25 is dumb and a victim of the moment.
eta: It's Malcolm Butlers interception from the super bowl vs seahawks for pats to win.
25th best moment in sports? LOL

The moment itself was great. The rope carrying the flame up to the cauldron? Not so much.

Battle of the sexes way too high.
Posted on 3/9/16 at 9:22 am to 81Tiger
Lol at UCONN women being on there

I'll give USA over Russia as #1 because amateurs, but if Secretariat isn't #2 list is worthless.

While I agree with you, winning the CWS with a walk off home run is >>>>>>> Ice Skating and Gymnastics shite.
Team Sports are always a better story than individual IMO.

Whoops, it was on there. 25 is still too low though.

I can never get enough of 95 and 69. I can listen to those calls over and over and over and always get goose bumps.
