It bugs you that Wisconsin was coming off a Bye week at home and had 10 days to prepare to play Ohio state At home with OSU beating them away?
You really need to see that neutral field dome game where each team has the same prep time? How does that give Wisconsin more of an advantage the 2nd go round?
They are a top 10 team that took y'all to OT. To not think there would have been any risk in having to play them again is just asinine.
Is a 2 loss Ohio State that lost in the B1G championship game in the playoffs?

I like the Oklahoma State University Cowboys.

Derailing a terrible thread...
Why is the above quote the apparent narrative of what happened against Penn State?

that's what you get when you are too invested in a product that has such a flawed path to crowning a champion.
college ball use to be so much better and the bowls actually meant something.
next thing you know people will want a 8 team playoff.
All because one season didn't meet what they thought was right.
its all about politics really, Alabama didn't even play in the SEC Championship a few years ago and still got another chance at LSU. The ratings for that game weren't all that great and rightfully so.
now we have to entertain Ohio St. in here as some legit contender. That's funny.
if Alabama plays Ohio State I'm not watching on fricking principle. They need to stop having conference championship games if they don't have confidence in the new way. We all know its just about money in the end so in a way the product has lost luster to me because of the BS behind the scenes.
I like the sport but hate the politics behind it.

They lost to PSU, PSU beat them, then won the conference. Why is that hard for you OSU knob slobbers to understand ?
If head to head doesn't count , why have a season? just pick the 4 big name schools you think will generate the most viewership and be done with it... oh nvm, that's what they did.

Well, they included Washington so no, they didn't. No one outside of Seattle cares about Washington.

Look, I disklike ped state like many others, but...
Is complete horseshite argument.
OSU DID lose in happy valley. They DID NOT win their conference and DID NOT even make it to the conference championship game.
Penn state had to then play an extra game against a damn good team.
If you though posting this dribble on a LSU board after the transgressions a few years ago with Bama getting a fricking Mulligan was going to work for you, you were mistaken.
OSU , like Bama, had their shot and they lost and shoukd not be given a second chance or in OSUs case be rewarded for it.
OSU has now gotten to play one less game and amazingly only fell one spot to keep them from drawing bama in the first round.
You're better on the poli board
