Should ULL be allowed to host a CIT game with the current budget crisis?

It costs $30k plus to host a game. How likely is it that they'll cover their costs? Should the state intervene since they subsidize their athletics?

The Cajundome is not owned by the state, so that might save them some money.

3,000 fans at $10/ticket covers the expense if it's $30,000, not to mention concessions.

Why is he acting like there's no way they make money

Director said on the radio yesterday it would begin in June and remain closed until the beginning of DEC, possibly late NOV, if construction goes quicker than planned.

I never made that statement. I would have asked the same question bout any other LA school hosting a CIT game.
