Should NCAA lengthen extra point in College Football?

NFL moved the extra points last year and percentages went from 99.3% (1222/1230) in 2014 to 94.2% ( 1146/1217) in 2015.
I couldn't find stats for the entire FBS but for the SEC, percentages were 96.4% (643/667) in 2012, 97.3% (688/707) in 2013, and 97.3% (624/641) in 2014.
I could see this being supported in the Power 5 conferences but not so much in the other conferences. Percentages would probably drop off pretty dramatically at the smaller schools.

Who in the hell wants to make the kicking game more important than it is? You don't tinker with the rules hoping that a couple games here or there might be decided by one point.
