its Harden and he's a huge favorite, westbrook isn't even in the convo with his 6/7 seed team.

Various people I see on twitter, listen to on podcasts, etc. He has the weakest argument of the 4 IMO. from what I see most have harden winning it. Vegas reflects that. As do the unofficial kinda polls we've seen pop up in Twitter in the last few weeks.

Kawhi Leonard, San Antonio Spurs: 5/1
LeBron James, Cleveland Cavaliers: 10/1
Isaiah Thomas, Boston Celtics: 10/1

Cavs have the 21st ranked defense in the league. At least last year they were 10th... it would be a fluke if a team with a defense this bad wins the title... hell theyre only up 1 game in the East

When was that updated? This one show harden about 4.5 times as likely to win. Ie lots of money to be made on Westbrook.

It looks like 4 days ago, so yours would be more accurate. However, even the new one still has Westbrook at 2. That is still a big difference in Westbrook's standing than the post I was responding to.

The nuggets announcers are sitting court side. One of em just yelled at lebron saying lavar ball could beat him one on one

Nuggets came to play. Winning all the hustle plays. Cavs lethargic. They didn't get enough rest

Defense is about effort. They're bored and don't have anything to prove for another few weeks.

GSW -225 to win the west
Harden -200 for MVP

So vegas says the 2 are pretty close in likeliness to happen... would be a major upset.

Cavs 29 in off points in the paint.

Settling for too many outside shots. Not driving to the basket

Probably more people than would watch the Cavs/GS for the 3rd straight year.

You underestimate how many fans the Celtics have. That's why the NBA sucks, despite the fact that the playoffs are 2 months long, there are like 2-3 teams that have a chance to win the championship.
