It just depends on much weight you put on a single season. Clearly he had one of the single best seasons, and you can tell in that NC game that he was so far above everyone else that year.
But probably at least a couple of dozen of quarterbacks had better college careers.

Career is a stupid way to look at it. Cam Newton accomplished everything in a single year Tebow did in his 3 years as a starter. Bur because Tebow played longer in college, he is better?

Hard to say without a list but it’s possible he could be if you believe that football in the last 20 years is better than it’s even been
