Sounds like some of you are real sensitive to the slightest of criticisms. We need some tissues.

if i told you Christian Ponder owned this stat line, do you think he would be the 1st pick in the draft?

The dude weighed in at 248 and dropped down 231 before the combine. I'd hardly call that overweight & lazy. But some people need a certain narrative for their argument to have legs.

What narrativeV

Jameis has an arm just good enough to be stupid with.

Plus the talent Jameis has played w at fla at has been unreal and his stats still aren't that worthy of gawking over

Fortunately, player evaluation is much more than total college stats.

Yeah, Boom, there's really no sense in debating this with people anymore. They're fixated on INTs and apparently that's all they're looking at. Nothing you say is going to change their views, because a majority of the people who don't think Jameis will succeed, for whatever reason, don't like him personally and want to see him fail.

But OMGZ CRAB LEGS AND INTS!!!!!!1!!1

No he's not.

He's a complete moron and severely immature.

What superstar QBs have those qualities?

Also, he is extremely turnover prone in college, seems to have a frame that will add weight, has terrible mechanics, a sideways pinky finger, and has terrible eyesight. None of these alone are awful, but all 5 together have to be worrisome.

Did I say he's a complete fricking moron? He might be partially illiterate.

ETA:

Not to mention FSU QBs under Jimbo all are worse than scouts expected. He's like a college QB whisperer.

Much more of an NFL guy.

I've never pretended to analyze and break down his game. Just listen to what people more knowledgeable than me have to say about his game.

Of course not. What led you to believe that?
