The answer is in your question. If Duke plays Syracuse well again in a loss they will probably move up. Apparently playing them close was worth moving up 6 spots last time.

Duke should be ranked ahead of Virginia. Duke shouldn't be near the top 10.

pretty solid lsu-kentucky game is the only really intriguing thing on. iowa state might blow it against tcu but that looks unlikely
