Facts are not racist. It is true that Black males make up about 6% of the population and commit roughly 50% of all murders in the country.
And really it's mostly young black males between 16 and 35 that are doing the vast majority of the killing, so that population is way smaller than the 6% of Black males in total.
Those are just the facts. It may be uncomfortable. You may not like it. But it's reality.
Saying "wow, just wow" in response to the facts tells me you would rather lie to yourself because it's more comfortable to do so than face reality.
Now, I'm not relating any of that to this particular case that this thread is about. I just had to jump in because I cannot stand when people act like facts are racist or someone is hateful for posting factual information.
